Who we are!

Rude of us to go on with this whole missive without ever introducing ourselves. We apologize!

We happen to be a group of individuals comprising three distinct categories:

• Attorneys

• Real estate investors

• Masimo landowners

We’ve benefited from the policy ourselves—owning, selling, and developing plots. When the policy paused, we held on to dozens of hectares. Now that it’s restarting, we’re offloading only a few, while keeping the rest.

Why sell if we still stand to benefit?

1. To fund other investments—we’re not cashing out, just re-allocating.

2. We own over 100 hectares, so selling a few won’t stop us from benefiting too.
